The house is located nearby the beach in the costal town of Ostia. With our design we made real the client's desire to turn the old flat in a light filled home for retirement.

The composition is based on a white floor-wall-ceiling box in which two pure surfaces are set in order to evoke the angular location of the house towering on a street crossing.
